Enduro mountain biking is all about versatility. The uphill section is behind you, youve got your knee pads on, its time to put the UVEX jakkyl hde 2.0 to work. The detachable chin guard quickly mounts to the helmet. Transforming the half shell helmet into a full-face helmet in next to no time. Adjust your damping, hit the pedals and head for the fast downhill. The ventilation system with 14 ventilation openings and integrated insect net mesh insert will help you keep a cool head. Size adjustment is taken care of by our proven Boa system. The clever, infinitely-adjustable visor accommodates your goggles and on rough trails, the integrated fastener will keep em firmly in place.

Technology
Double Inmould shell – Protective EPS material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate shell and fitted with a second Polycarbonate shell. This technology allows to create a lightweight helmet with highest impact resistance. Second Polycarbonate layer gives extra protection to the outer edge from damage. EPS is a material, which contains microscopic air chambers. They effectively absorb the impact forces created in a fall.
Basic pads – Interior features significantly affect a helmets comfort. The Basic Pads consists of high quality moisture wicking material with embossed ventilation channels. They are comfortable and soft on the skin, dry quickly, are removable and washable.
BOA – ? The unique BOA system is exclusive to Uvex road helmets. Combining an ingeniously simple system with high performance materials from the aerospace industry improves comfort, performance and safety. Flexible polyamide bands on three sides of the helmet ensure optimal fit on the head. The BOA wheel can be adjusted with one hand, whereby one click correlates with one mm. For the perfect fit on every head. The selected setting stays via ratchet dial ? for fantastic fit. This technology allows height and width adjustment and is extremely light.
Monomatic – Multi-stage and anatomically shaped uvexs monomatic comfort closure opens and closes at the touch of a button, with just one hand. The chin strap always sits perfectly.
FAS – Fast Adapting System webbing can be easily and continuously tailored to your exact head shape. The helmet stays securely on the head in all situations and the webbing straps are always in the best position.
